Program works as stand alone or installed package on just about every flavor of Linux along with Windows. Too many proprietary graphic arts painting programs lock you down to use on only one computer limiting your freedom to move around. Stand alone and portable capabilities with this software, will work installed on a thumb drive, these options allow more freedom and choice for creating artwork. Pros: Good useful brushes for painting and not too complicated to use effectively.
